The New York City
Regional Addiction Resource Center (RARC)
is dedicated to fostering partnerships and collaborations that build awareness, promote prevention efforts, and support community wellness. Through educational initiatives, community events, and innovative outreach, we aim to reduce substance use risks and enhance protective factors across all five boroughs: the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island.

By embracing diversity, equity, and cultural sensitivity, we ensure that our services are accessible to all. Some of our efforts include media campaigns, focus groups, a monthly substance use committee, and an online resource hub. Together, we strive to deliver high-quality prevention, treatment, and recovery services to improve the health and well-being of all New York City residents.
