Our Mission
To reduce alcohol, drugs, and gambling while combating the stigma of addiction by bringing together a
diverse group of stakeholders from the five boroughs of New York City. This is implemented through awareness, education, innovative, and culturally sensitive strategies that remove barriers, promote environmental prevention, support services, treatment, and recovery care by way of community outreach events, a monthly
Substance Use Committee meeting, mini grant,
focus groups, multiple media strategies,
and a comprehensive online resource guide.
